As someone who was a corporate trainer for 7 years, prior to working at Focus (for an iconic American company, named to 'Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For') I feel well qualified in making the following statements. This is a company that goes out of it's way to let you know that they care, on a company level and on an individual one. I really like working there... It's not a heavy corporate vibe. Which is something that I appreciate. It's a very well established NYC brand with a considerable national presence online, successfully run by a family. Focus is incredibly fair in dealing with all of the people that they employ. Based on my experience, petty drama there, is about as infrequent as you'll find in a workplace anywhere... Employees are treated like adults. In general, if you're accountable, work hard and care about your work, I really see no reason whatsoever why anyone would have a bad experience with Focus. (In particular, the 'Employee Relations' department has always been great to deal with about a myriad of general workplace related issues. Any company would be proud to have them as a work group. They're attentive, thoughtful and professional.) Another thing I appreciate about Focus is that everyone gets along, pretty well, most of the time. Which is a great overall reflection on the management and the family that owns and operates it. Focus has been around a long time. And in that time, they've evolved, expanded and have been very successful at what they do. They're obviously, consistently, doing many things that are right and that work. Hard to argue with success. I appreciate working there and I'm happy to share my experience here with others.

The food options and the parking situation is not great in that neighborhood...
