Footlocker is an enjoyable place for customers to pop in and buy sport gear or just labeled clothing to look extra good, and thats what footlocker provides for lovely customers! I'll be able to communicate with customers in a respectful manner and will show positive vibes and energy to those who enter Footlocker!

With Customer service you mght be dealing with dissatisfied individuals, for any number of reason, But giving negative words back to a customer is just as bad, it is hard to controll customers who talk to you with disrespect but being a employee and showing respect is even better and a person like me will prove that. And unsure what to answer customers when they ask a certain question.
