Working for a smaller company, they value your input and help in situations as we work together to get things accomplished for the clients. I enjoy what I do and the values of the company. When things change, as they can in any place, we all work well accomplishing things for the clients. I never feel micromanaged also, I am trusted at my job to do my work.
