What a sad turn of events we have experienced with the CS Leadership Team in the past 12 months. The department is unrecognizable. Their biggest shortcoming is that they did not take the time to understand the strengths of our team, and what structure best enables us to serve our clients. "Strategy" is ONE aspect of our job....you forgot about project management, data analytics, and client management. Stop using words like "strategy" and "value"...I do not understand words that you cannot clearly define. Undefined roles, and poorly communicated objectives have been the demise of our department.
