I love the environment and the people here. I am baffled at some of the reviews on here; I can't understand why people complain about not being able to work from home... when you are hired in, it is pretty clear that you are provided with an office / cube to work in and you are expected to come to work, and if you need to work from home on occasion, it is typically not a problem. I've worked many places where working from home wasn't even an option, so being able to work from home from time to time because of appointments, kids being sick, extenuating circumstances, etc. is a benefit that I am grateful for, and to expect to be able to work from home every day when the company works so hard to provide a great working environment for us is in my opinion whiny and a sense of entitlement that I don't quite get. If you want to work from home, get a work from home job. Otherwise be grateful for the environment that is provided and the collaboration with the great people you work with...

The confusion with the branding of the company - are we ForeSee, are we Answers, are we ForeSee by Answers? We are told that we should go by Answers only at this point, since we were purchased earlier this year, but nothing has changed as far as signage, branding, etc. so it's confusing to tell people that I work for Answers, but everything still says "ForeSee"... when the surveys pop up online, it still says "ForeSee" but we are technically Answers... ? I wish that we would 'get it together' already so there wasn't so much confusion.
