Pluspunten
Formation is one of the most mission-driven companies I have ever seen and I love that every single team member is wholly committed to delivering an excellent and successful experience for our Fellows. All team members have a voice in building and shaping the future of the Fellowship and the company itself, which is very refreshing. The company is quick to action feedback from Fellows and staff alike and is constantly working to improve in all ways. It is a supportive work environment with fun perks (super comfy company sweatshirts, company retreat for staff, etc.).
Minpunten
I wouldn't really consider it a con, but prospective staff should know that things move very quickly and you will be firing on all cylinders here. It is extremely fulfilling and rewarding, and I still feel like my work-life balance is respected, but the intensity was new to me.
