While most companies have learned to embrace insights and suggestions from their staff, you will be barked at, looked down upon. So many people, doing so little as a consequence of creating a working environment that would rather hire mindless task performing drones, than individuals that can contribute and flourish. Every manager, and even some ‘one really big’ executive turns every discussion into a power struggle, or threat of their authority. Trust me, I don’t want your job.
