Pluspunten
There's no silver lining to highlight as Anirudh Arun (FORMI'S CEO) emerges as nothing more than a scam artist, exploiting and manipulating individuals since the age of 15. After considering these points, you can make an informed decision about joining this organization.
Minpunten
Having connected with over 10 ex-employees of Formi who share a common narrative, it is crucial that you weigh all aspects before making a life-altering decision. The company has consistently deceived investors by presenting inaccurate figures, making empty promises, and, in some instances, abandoning or ghosting founding members who invested in the venture. The CEO, Anirudh Arun, shamelessly appropriates the credibility of others by falsely representing himself as Blue Smart's Founder. This includes creating articles about himself to enhance his image. Disturbing reports reveal instances of physical abuse towards co-workers at the "We Work" office, where hitting, verbal abuse, and slapping were normalized. Concerns arise about the safety of female employees in such a hostile environment. Financial instability plagues the company as it fails to compensate new and existing employees adequately. Upon resignation or termination, employees often face non-payment, even after multiple reminders. Manipulative tactics are employed to sow doubt and confusion among the workforce. Formi core team members lack reliability and exhibit a disturbing endorsement of such behavior. Employees are expected to toil for 16 hours without fair compensation, essentially becoming slaves to the organization. Lamentably, the lack of available information on the internet prompted me to use this platform to shed light on the stories of hundreds of people who have suffered at the hands of this company. Shockingly, some employees faced dire financial situations, such as needing money for their parents' operations, but received no support or empathy.
