- Real team work is not appriciated, IC above everything (bad habbit imported from US hustle culture) - 'Trust me bro, we will be going on IPO next year" for 5 years - If you voice your problems / concerns you become a problem - The above is especially true because of the recent contraselection of middle management - The salary is not that great to worth to toughen up and survive for several years in these condition - Fancy but not always practical office (big noise engineering room, small rooms for print farm, very warm office in the summer)
