Minpunten

Poor pay and benefits. Anything wrong in the system is attributed to nursing staff. Consistently reminded you ate easy to replace.

Wonderful social work staff. Working environment is with other social workers in a shared office space and not with a case manager on a single floor.

Extremely fast paced environment with several moving parts.
