No transparency. We’re told one thing like our office is being remodeled then the next thing we know our building is on the market for someone to take over our lease and the HR department frames it in a dishonest way...saying they’re relaxing the remote work policy.
Little to no resources for operations. We are constantly loosing people on our teams and not backfilling the positions.
Upper management has no clue about the industry and makes decisions based solely on the bottom line and not in the best interest of the company and the employees health.
There’s no efficiency in project hand offs or other internal processes.
