* salary. they will give you nonsense reasons as to why it's so bad. question those reasons, examine them closely. Your annual "raises" are simply subpar cost of living adjustments
* increasingly bad work-life balance. This used to be a company that valued this balance. It is not any more.
* Increasingly...oddly...cutthroat. Does not feel safe to make mistakes of any kind , even when your project load is unsustainable and you're working 50-60 hour weeks
* timesheet culture is toxic and breeds dishonesty. other agencies have figured this out.
* weirdly, vocally defensive about other glassdoor reviews. seems to point to a emotionally driven leadership
* high attrition rates (and dismissive about it)
* no real growth opportunities
* cliques in leadership. if you aren't a part of this little club, watch your back and be careful
