I would never suggest FORVIS to anybody to start their career at. Management is unorganized with no leadership. There were layoffs because of lack of revenue but then expected everybody else to work 50+ hours a week. BKD and DHG merged and there was no clear path of where upper management wanted to take the firm after 2 years. It took over 1.5 yrs to even get on the same client database to do our work. Nobody cares about each other, you need to always have your guard up. Be prepared to work all nighters and received no recognition for your work. The bonuses are also such a joke, $300 for the entire year. Even if you bring up concerns you are seeing, nothing will ever change. After a few weeks of being here, I could see the writing on the wall that FORVIS will never be a place you would want to grow your career at. They treat every employee as just a number, you are not a human being in their eyes. The diversity and inclusion efforts are such a joke, my team had 1 woman out of 50 men.
