The executive team at Forward Slope are all very engaging and consistently putting together gatherings (within covid guidelines) for team/company bonding as well as asking for feedback. The company culture genuinely supports a great work life balance. Healthcare benefits are very fairly priced compared to many other companies. And although culture can vary by team, the team I’ve been on has been the best team I’ve worked for.

Due to this being a subcontracting company, there’s not always a ton of room for growth. However, the experience you do gain here is very valuable. No annual bonuses - except employees did receive a bonus in 2021 (likely due to saved costs from no company parties because of COVID)
