Minpunten

No Middle Management. Field sales arrogant and don't like to cold call. High employee turnover rate! Unreasonable call goals. Old-fashioned marketing tactics!

Great group of people to work with and endless opportunities to advance or move through different departments/jobs. Also always remote with high flexibility for your schedule

Minpunten

The extremely high volume of calls, radiologist requests and study prep leads to burnout quickly. There is no such thing as downtime. None. If you are able to step away for 5 minutes for a restroom break the list and backlog falls apart. Because of the above there are chronically acute staffing issues
