Pluspunten

Working in the brick and mortar call center is better than working from home for Sitel.

Minpunten

I've worked in the call center and from home and in both capacities I've always said that "the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". One manager will say this and another will say opposite. The training in the call center is ok, but the WAH training is subpar at best. I cannot wait to remove myself from this company.

Pluspunten

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
