The Lowest Paid Time Off Rate I ever Received Disorganized Facility Coffee Was Gross Treatment of Employees Led to Low Morale Frequent Inconsistencies led to Massive Turnover Questionable Hiring Practices Ridiculously Low Wages for all the Work required for almost all employees "Bait and Switch" approach post hiring (they did this twice!) Overtime is almost mandatory to bring home subpar check Invasive Security Checks Terrible Attendance Policy Practically glued to your seat Absolutely Condescending Customers Brand New Facility, constantly having issues with hardware and software No HR Department, literally just a computer, phone number, and a fax machine. Feeling of Hopelessness some days due to a lack of floorwalkers, coaches, etc

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
