Pluspunten

The staff and sometimes atmosphere in the building. Made some good friends inside. It is enjoyable.

Minpunten

Turnover is unmerciful. They need to treat staff with more dignity. Better incentives is needed, especially in a hectic environment to keep moral up. Can be a lot of favoritism in the workplace. It's true when they say 'who you know' more recognision for staff needed. Unimpressing when op manager puts sad faces next to people's names, very positive..

Pluspunten

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
