Sitel University, which is accessible to all employees ensures that everyone is given a chance to learn and grow.
Minpunten
Often, there are unprofessional and immature senior management and leaders. There are people who I've worked with who power tripped too much. Since there are a lot of areas for development, often, they promote people based on friendship. Sitel has a CTT program but if you're friends with the HR, Operations Manager and Operations Director, then you'd have a good shot at getting the job.
