The company's compensation system could be much better. The company does not do much to retain talent and experience.

Our Team Managers hold weekly one to one’s with their teams to discuss things such as progression and development, whether this is personal or professional, finding out about existing talents and experience to find out how we can build on that.

Work at home is the only pro

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
