Minpunten

1. Raises are skipped, or circumvented via other means. 2. Performance focused only 3. Benefits are lacking in breadth and availability. 4. Managers/Coaches are constantly changing. 5. Will supply new responsibilities with little-to-no growth potential. 5. Managers/Coaches make less than base agents with only a few hours of overtime. 6. Some Coaches pick favorites or will attempt to bully employees to quit. 7. No accountability for management, HR, or upper management. 8. No resources for employees. ... The list goes on and on.

Pluspunten

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
