The firm held a meritocracy with regards to promotion. As long as you can get your foot in the door and are prepared to work hard you will succeed.

I believe that hot desks are always a pain. Not having a space of your own can lead to hygiene issues.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed you time with us and thanks for the positive review! Since then, we have made changes to the holiday booking systems and also offer more training across all tenures.
The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
