Minpunten

When it comes to experienced, you need to depend upon the higher officials for your promotion. Your performance will not be appreciated. You can not expect a raise in your pay in a regular basis. You'll get one when they decide. Doesn't matter if it takes more than 2 years. Also they do not allow you to resign even if you agree for the company terms of notice period.

Pluspunten

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
