Pluspunten

They offer decent pay $16.50 hourly but after training it's all about performance and metrics. Intuit customers are upset and angry mostly. If they fill out a survey after the call and they give you as the agent a great score 10, but give Intuit a bad score and review then it's still counted against your metrics.

Minpunten

Some of the team leads and management aren't experts in the product themselves and can't help you at all. I got sick with covid and pneumonia so I couldn't work for 2 weeks they fired me even though I had a Dr's excuse

Pluspunten

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
