I was hired on as a seasonal CSR for TurboTax no training just a few modules throw us on. Our trainer didn’t even know she was having a class. Used google to help customers the whole time. Then was offered a full time position for a Licensed Insurance Agent I did the background check drug test signed the offer letter was waiting to start and then randomly got a separation letter no explanation. Contacted recruiters said it was because my license needed to be updated with courses wasn’t true my license was up to date sent her confirmation then proceeded to say it was because I didn’t respond to a email also was not true. So I contacted HR they didn’t help either couldn’t give me a reason after me just waiting to start when I could’ve been looking for other jobs thinking I already had one set in stone. Very disappointing very unorganized and disrespectful.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
