No remote or hybrid work options, leading to significant daily commute times Lacking proper office equipment ie comfortable chairs and better quality/size screens . Lots of systems that you need to manage at a time which keeps increasing overtime . Favoritism in management decisions; promotion processes lack transparency and fairness Long working hours (44 hours/week excluding unpaid lunch breaks) with pressure to do overtime Strict rules against any non-work-related activity, even during downtime; impacts morale and motivation Limited flexibility for basic needs like bathroom breaks during peak periods Office environment is physically uncomfortable due to excessive air conditioning directly above workstations Confirmation process (linked to salary increase) is inconsistently applied, often delayed well beyond the promised timeline Advancement beyond the initial role is extremely difficult, regardless of performance Company-provided transportation is limited(1 time per day), overcrowded, and inefficient(long routes in different sub-cities)

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
