a few people were nice, not all. nice work/life balance.

Minpunten

unrealistic expectations, management is bad, a few times inappropriate. Notice how it's either 5 stars or 1 star reviews. any 5 star review is from current employees hoping their reviews entices potential applicants.

We understand that this environment is not a good fit for everyone, and we have taken steps to incorporate both discussion of and screening for these qualities in our recruiting process. Also, we are working to become a GlassDoor "Open Company" which is a designation signaling our commitment to transparency. One of the requirements is to invite employees to write reviews. FourFront does not influence or incentivize the reviews or pressure employees to participate.

I really enjoy working here. There’s a lot of support and flexibility that helps me improve and grow in my role. The team is great too, everyone genuinely cares about doing good work and is always willing to help out however they can.

Minpunten

Nothing really stands out. Being remote has its downsides, but can be a pro too.

I’m given the space and trust to do my job and define my role. While I have many large responsibilities, what matters most is the freedom to complete my work without being micromanaged. I’m consistently supported in my personal growth, not just viewed as an employee. My manager, Kim, encourages me to grow as a person, and over time my responsibilities have expanded in meaningful ways because of that trust. It’s incredibly rewarding.

Any challenges of working at FourFront can be openly discussed with any team member. There hasn’t been a single issue that couldn’t be addressed or worked through.
