It is clear that senior leadership doesn't understand who brings real value to the company, and instead, they promote or hire to placate certain people or out of favouritism/nepotism. - Lack of clear accountability in management. Leadership across the company don't own up to their mistakes or take accountability for their mismanagement. - Processes and project management is poor. There is no indication that leadership understands what it takes to get work done, how to resource for it appropriately and how to manage their budget. - Gaslighting and lying. Members of senior management have been known to gaslight and lie to staff to avoid accountability and protect themselves.
