The bar is high, and that's not for everyone. This is not a place where you can coast, perform the bare minimum, or talk your way through deliverables you don't understand. You're treated as a professional in your domain, which means you're expected to actually be one. If you thrive on accountability and ownership, where you can point and say, "See that?
