Pluspunten
The best work environment I have ever been a part of. Everyone you work with is intelligent, friendly, positive, and willing to assist. It is an atmosphere of constant learning and adapting, which can be overwhelming at times (there will never be a lack of something to work on), but imparts a feeling of momentum. The pay is above par for the rural area the company is in. Though you are expected to know every aspect of the software from accounting to networking, if you need assistance with a customer request, there is a company chat program that allows you to troubleshoot with the whole group. Since Frazer is customer support intensive, customers are generally pleasant and thankful, giving you a greater sense of fulfillment. The management is very family friendly and understanding when time off is needed.
Minpunten
The software is not Web-based, leading to a lot of customers switching away from Frazer or trying to work around it with remote desktop programs or VPNs which makes things overly complicated. Since this is the direction technology is heading, it is a bit embarrassing to explain to potential customers that we're unable to do this.
