      Pluspunten

      As a fairly new employee, I can honestly say Freeman is a great place to work. The on-boarding process is well organized, and there is flexible autonomy to get your work done. The people are also helpful and great to work with. Leadership encourages work-life balance, so that's also another plus!

      Minpunten

      Although the company has been around for 90 years, it can sometimes feel like a start up trying to catch up to its rapid growth. Rapid growth is not a con, but the lack of processes for the new growth can be a challenge for some.

We’ve made a very intentional effort to improve the on-boarding experience here at Freeman and are happy that it’s translated into this positive experience for you.       Work life balance can be good at times and then it could be horrible. Opportunity for career advancement is there if you wait it

      Minpunten

      Salary is not great considering the amount of work we do, plus salaried positions do not make any OT money when we have very long weeks working on show site. Yearly annual raise is 3% which is nothing. The only significant raise you can get is if you get promoted to a more senior role. Also the traveling becomes brutal when you are gone for 10 or more days at a time for these shows.
