      Pluspunten

      Great group of pilots and flying all weather freight in older planes is great experience. Planes have updated avionics and are generally maintained well. Early opportunities for PIC flying, get to 1200TT and you will very likely be flying PIC in a 99.

      Minpunten

      Poor QOL, used to be 24/7 on call until the FAA found out about that. Management is more focused on the dollar than being nice to employees. Since the planes are old they are prone to having maintenance issues, expect to have something go wrong every other trip.

      … you get turbine time if your lucky enough to get assigned the Saab 2000 , also theyll hire you at low time

      -low qol -borderline illegal and hazardous duty times you will be awake for 24hrs plus -long training contract with steep repayment -no pto -management will change how much they’re paying you spur of the moment in convoluted ways -they are vindictive and will try to put false statements in your pilot record data base or claim you have failed training events if you try to quit and they find out -Patrick hammer and Theresa Cook are bad people (primary owners)
