Also the work a 9/80 schedule. This means they work 9 hours a day MON through THURS and on FRI the work 8 hours one week and take it off the next. Location could be seen as a con if you are used to city companies, well they are like a start-up but located in the sierra foothills hours from silicon valley. Wages or salary might be slightly lower than expected but again that's location. Very conservative company socially, fiscally, and politically. Conflict resolution is not handled in a positive manner.
