Forced to use PTO for everything including cancer treatments, doctor appointments, and weather. Zero flexibility. Never allowed to make up time. They laid off the call center and moved the work to other employees. No raises. Micromanaged to death! HR department is a joke. I reported being physically threatened 3 times before anything was done about it. Worst job of my life. Told you would be expected to work mandatory OT on the weekend then told Friday at 3 PM they don’t need you. Zero respect for a work life balance.
