looks as if they are leaning towrds small to medium market sales. they really are not interested in relationships with customers. sales is first to sign . managers are giving new emplyees list of 60 day opportunities and allowing reps to selll into those opportunities. they have zero respect for sales and the process it takes to gain the trust of customers. this is telecomm is so difficult

management is the west region . underqualified for enterprise sales. they are SMB experienced but dont like you door knocking . hypocrisy and favoritism rules
