They're willing to hire recent college graduates with little experience at low salaries.
Minpunten
This is the type of company where the CEO leaves the toilet seat up. It's the type of company where you're not allowed to tip more than 15% on the company card. Basically, it's a company with a lack of respect. You will receive aggressive notification if you show up 2-3 minutes late, but you're often expected to stay late and work nights/weekends. They frequently refer to their Colorado clients as "unsophisticated" and act like they have swooped in from Dallas to save the Colorado economy. Steer clear of the Colorado division, which is ran behind the scenes by a husband and wife ownership team. This leads to an odd good cop/bad cop dynamic. You'll notice they're not present on the company website for some reason. You will have to CC the Director of Client Communications on every single email, which leads to being constantly overwhelmed and feeling like somebody is always looking over your shoulder. This upper management has little to no understanding of the tasks their employees perform on a daily basis. In a short amount of time they shifted from very little management to extreme micromanagement. In response to the realization that the Colorado division is far from profitable, they are attempting to track every single minute of time like Amazon warehouse managers. This makes for an unnecessarily tense work environment.
