I wouldn't recommend this organization to any friends or business partners. The lack in synergy and professionalism is too great. It would be too great of a slip in standards provide any positive feedback.
Minpunten
Organization as a whole is poorly integrated. Though the company touts itself to be a global organization, each country independently runs itself, therefore a lacks synergy. Management within is horrible and poorly recruited or promoted. They provide little if any directions and expect others to drive towards a "goal". More words are said than the actions taken. Work life balance all depends. If you're placed at client's site, you're in for an experience. If you're placed in corporate, then life's plush and grand.
