This used to be a good company to work for. A company that cared about their employees. Now you have managers that say plainly "they only want to do what is best for the company", so F the employees. Well isn't what is best for the company taking care of your employees and making them feel like they are part of the team? When employees are treated badly how do you expect them to want to do their best or even stay with the company. SMH

Everyone is looking. I have worked for Fujitsu a long time and I have never seen the company in this state. It all began when the current CEO started. It is a shame to see such a great company go down like a sinking ship.
