After the recent management change, where David is no longer the CEO due to some questionable actions, the company has really declined when it comes to caring about people. The new management is a mess. They've brought in new "talent acquisition" staff who seem to know nothing about either talent or acquisition, making the experience much worse. I've been ghosted for weeks—over a month, even. It's become really hard to get in touch with anyone. When I do finally reach someone, all I get is a generic rejection message. Why drag things out for weeks just to ghost in the end? It's a terrible practice and damages the reputation Fusion once had. I know Dave would be shocked by this and wouldn't have approved of it.
To top it off, Leo’s message that "there is always some hesitancy in bringing back former employees" makes no sense. I’d at least expect a real response.
I would've rather spoken to Becky instead. She's a great person!
