The projects are interesting and technically challenging, with a strong focus on innovation and quality. I especially appreciated the trust, flexibility, and opportunities for growth and learning through mentoring. The work environment feels modern, respectful, and motivating.

Pluspunten

Good for students and interns, the learning curve is steep at the beginning, you can learn a lot from good professionals. You can ask anyone everyone will help and tech you. Lots of fringe benefits like food in restaurants, gym, cell phone per 3 years and cell phone subscription.

Minpunten

The salary is lower compared to competitors, as a senior there is nothing more to gain. Lot of people on that position leave because of that, lowering the morale. In short good for newbies and not so good for seniors.
