Employees are the heart and sole of a great business, and this is expressed and practiced at GEICO for sure! Excellent benefits and total compensation package for sure! From recognition of doing a great job, to realizing that work is 33% or more of the employees life (based on a 40 hour work week) so it might as well be fun to go to work. A great attitude and drive will get you far in life so you should have it no matter where you work, GEICO just makes it easy to maintain that attitude!
