The health benefits are good. They pay slightly more than the average in the area.

Minpunten

There is a culture of ridicule and abuse of employees. This call center has a very unprofessional and small town atmosphere. Management doesn't even understand what professional is. If you work here you will be pushed and they will cross the line to get results. You are not valued and will be offended and abused by coaches and trainers. Beware the narcissist in the bow-tie.

Pluspunten

I had the opportunity to meet Nancy Pierce during a visit to our office, and she was very personable and engaging. It made a strong impression to see leadership so approachable and willing to connect with employees. Overall, I genuinely enjoy working here and feel supported in my role.

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
