Great support and management. Train you on everything and pay for your licensing. Work really hard to get you to succeed and promoted.

Minpunten

Busy call center atmosphere. You get 17-18 calls monitored monthly and if you miss 2 then you are considered failing. Calls harshly monitored, you can fail an entire call for the slightest thing.
