they pay is light compared to other companies (yes even their direct competitors). and the crazy demands they have on you not just nationally but regionally. Get this i have good enough numbers (core metrics) to be on the chairman's club (this is a very high honor and hard to get. 1out of 36), but I did not have good enough numbers regionally. My direct management said that they did not care that I made the chairman's club and that I still had room to grow. now in the adjuster job you do not get any over time unless it has to do with closing out claims. I was working 12-14 hrs. just to break even. and when asking about over time. they said they would not authorize it because they didn't want to. the company took a huge downturn very quickly.
