Minpunten
This company used to be amazing in terms of pay, career growth, benefits, employee appreciation, etc., Unfortunately the new CEO absolutely tanked this company. Ruined its reputation among employees. I started a few year back with the promise of Work from home, upward mobility after my first year, profit sharing, Kaiser insurance etc. In the last couple years everything was taken away:office full time, lack of raises, no career advancement, profit sharing officially removed, no word of any sort of bonus program, Kaiser insurance with insane deductibles making it impossible to be insured. On top of that, the treatment of employees is ruthless. The micromanagement taken to the extreme, which in turn caused an ambiance of anger and exhaustion. The metrics were so volatile in terms of change, making it a freaking circus trying to meet them. My department was told point blank that we were replaceable as well when concerns were brought up. If we didn’t like it, to leave. Let’s just say unless someone new steps in, this company is going to go down the drain. While many people are there simply because they have bills to pay, there isn’t a single person who isn’t looking for other jobs or happy. Geico most definitely does not care about its employees, they will not deny it either.
