There use to be good aspects at working here. When I started 6 years ago, I use to love coming into the office. It was fun! Now, I cannot mention a single positive.
Minpunten
No room for advancement. They work you so much yet you are underpaid. They added two different departments to my title yet my pay doesn’t match to all the things you have to do. It’s just a horrible place. After they laid off employees that’s been there over 20 years, I lost even more respect for the place. They micromanage. This place is just a mess. Everyone’s quitting because it’s stressful. Every month they change goals. I went on vacation for a week, came back and nothing was done in my diary. Severely past due. Everyday I got harassed about my diary. They play favoritism too. When someone else was out they wanted me to jump in that persons diary. But it was not returned in my favor. I threatened to quit and all of a sudden I get help. This place is a joke. Spare yourself your mental because Geico will stress you the hell out. Let’s not talk about the BS raises everyone received.
