Crazy micromanagement No communication from upper or lower management; you don't interact with a single person with any authority to change/improve your experience. Frequently changing expectations; as soon as you've adapted to the last performance package, they'll reinvent it. And backdate your performance using metrics you didn't know you were working for. Poor raises, bonuses; you've gotta be in the top 10% of your role to qualify Bad incentives; all quantity, no quality. No points or recognition given for being competent, just for grinding. No promotions for years
