everything else including terrible management, they treat you like a child, timed bathroom breaks, consistent micro managing, even if you think you're doing good you're not b/c they have to find something to coach you on. Everyone has a coaching plan so even if you are #1 agent they will find something to knock you down. not to mention they just laid off tons of tenured employees to cut their costs and are now hiring new entry level positions to save money
