Horrible culture. Clients and employees are afterthoughts (at best). CEO is a parody of all that is bad about CEOs - focused on money, must always be right, bombastic when challenged or even questioned, false promises and wide spread pay cuts, bends the truth to suit his needs, treats people as disposable, expects everyone else to have zero home life and literally sleep in the office, absolutely no idea how to successfully implement any of his "brilliant" ideas. And the rest of the leadership team is either unwilling or unable to check him so he runs amok and dominates the entire landscape. The sales leadership are the worst kind of yes men. There is no CFO, so who knows what is happening with the finances. If it weren't so sad it would be comical.
