Moreover, the company is filled with smart people that have contributed very meaningfully to my overall growth. GLG has been consistently improving it's branding, professional development resources and physical workspaces.

A strong sense of leadership from senior management was somewhat lacking during my time there. There are roles at GLG that are not well-defined and can be tedious, so any applicants should be sure that they have a clear sense of the work they'll be doing and that they are excited about it. Compensation could also be better and is likely below-market for most roles.
